1.North pole of earth is actually South


*The Geographical South pole is actually the Magnetic North pole of Earth !

Yeah, you read it right.

Imagine Earth as a magnet, it has a north and a south pole.

When you keep a magnet along the north-south, the north side of the magnet is attracted towards the Geographical North pole of the earth. We know that north-south attracts, north-north and south-south repels. So, Magnet's North is attracted towards Earth's North, So Earth's Geographical North pole is it's Magnetic South pole.
